Do I need a visa for China?
UAE and all GCC citizens enter visa-free for up to 30 days. Most European, UK, Australian and many other passports are also visa-free for 30 days. Indian, Pakistani, Filipino and some other passport holders need a visa from the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi — we send you the exact document list and timeline.
How do you guarantee halal food?
Every meal is at a restaurant we have vetted in advance — Qingzhen (清真) certified or Muslim-owned. In cities where halal options are limited, we tell you honestly and plan seafood or vegetarian alternatives. Hotels are briefed on pork-free breakfasts.
Will my guide speak Arabic?
Yes for Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. In smaller destinations we pair a licensed English-speaking guide with an Arabic-speaking trip manager on WhatsApp throughout.
How do I pay in China?
Alipay and WeChat Pay accept international Visa and Mastercard. We send you a set-up guide 7 days before departure and your guide carries cash for small vendors. Your journey itself is paid in Dubai in AED.
What is included in the price?
Return flights from the UAE (on all-inclusive fares), hotels with breakfast, a private car and driver, licensed guide, all entrance tickets, all listed halal meals, domestic trains or flights, travel insurance and 24/7 WhatsApp support. Not included: personal shopping, optional activities marked as such, and visa fees where applicable.
Deposit and cancellation?
A deposit holds your dates and the balance is due 30 days before departure. Cancellation terms are stated on every quote before you pay anything — no surprises.
